DiFoam Controllers
| DiFoam sensors are for use in non-aqueous foam
applications. Unlike SureSense they work using the dielectic constant of the
material under test. This means that the DiFoam
system requires a different type of controller which only comes in rack
mounted or wall mounted configuration. The two controllers are:- |

FDiCR:- A rack mounted controller for the DiFoam
sysyem. The control unit slots into a standard 19" rack and mates with a DIN
41612 type "D" indirect edge connector. The Controller Unit can be used as a
transmitter to signal to a process controller or alarm. Alternatively it can be
used to control a pump or valve directly to dose antifoam by means of a
‘Delay and Shot’ algorithm. |

FDiCW:- The popular wall mounted DiFoam
controller has found use in many application where flexibility of positioning
of the foam controller is important. It is water and dust proof to IP65
standard. As with the FDiCR the FCDiW can be used to transmit a signal to a
process controller or alarm, or it can be used to control a pump or valve
directly to dose antifoam. Can also be supplied in FCDiW/Z configuration to
include a Zena barrier if required |
