FCW2:- This is the most commonly used of our Foam
Controllers. It is designed to be wall mounted and is water and dust proof to
IP65 standard. The FCW2 can be used to transmit a signal to a process
controller or alarm, or alternatively it can be used to control a pump or valve
directly to dose antifoam by means of a Delay and Shot algorithm.

 |
FTRAN:- The FTRAN operates in the same way as the
FCW2 but is designed to be surface mounted inside the customers existing
control cabinet. |
 |
FCR2:- This rack mounted control unit is suitable
for use in situations where several sensors are monitored from a single
location. The control unit slots into a standard 19" rack and mates with a DIN
41612 type "D" indirect edge connector. As with the FCW2 and the FTRAN this
Controller Unit can be used as a transmitter to signal to a process controller
or alarm. Alternatively it can be used to control a pump or valve directly to
dose antifoam by means of a Delay and Shot algorithm. |

FCS200:- The Charis Technology FCS200 Foam
Controller is an advanced design foam controller unit. Built to rugged
industrial standards the FCS200 includes a diaphragm pump to pump antifoam into
the process automatically when required. It can also be connected to external
devices such as process controllers, Scada systems and alarms. |
 |
FCS2:- The FCS2 is an advanced purpose designed Foam
Controller unit designed principally for use in a laboratory to control foam in
a small reactor. The Control Unit incorporates a peristaltic pump which can be
used to dose controlled amounts of antifoam chemicals or other agents. The unit
also has access to volt free terminals at the rear to enable control of a
remote pump or other actuator, and also enables data logging. |
 |
FLCW2:- The FLCW2 is a wall mounted foam controller
that can differentiate between liquid and foam. If the SureSense foam sensor
becomes submerged in liquid it will no longer be able to sense foam but the
FLCW2 can recognise this and generates an output to indicate the presence of
liquid. Alternatively the controller can be used in a stand alone
system to control a pump or valve directly to dose antifoam by means of a
Delay and Shot algorithm. This unit is also available as a 19" rack
mounting version the FLCR2. |
